About Dave Randolph…Dave is owner and director of IronBody Fitness. From his background in martial arts, strength and conditioning, joint mobility, flexibility and massage therapy he brings a unique combination of skills to help you attain whole-body integration using movement-based training.  He developed IronBody Fitness over 18 years of training and research and is constantly searching for the best methods to help his students become stronger, faster, leaner, more agile and generally better able to tackle life’s challenges using holistic methods to integrate the mind and body.

Dave has been an RKC certified instructor for over 5 yrs and in January 2007 was named a Team Leader by Pavel and DragonDoor. Dave has also been training and teaching in Shaolin Do Chinese Martial Arts for over 18 yrs and is a 5th degree Black Belt. He was also certified under Scott Sonnon in 2003 as a CST (since lapsed). In February 2007 Dave attended and was certified by Valery Fedorenko and the American Kettlebell Club as a "Coach". In June of 2007 Dave became an official CrossFit affiliate and in November 2007 earned his Level 1 CrossFit Certification.
