Barbell Class PDF Print E-mail

IronBody Fitness has added a new barbell class to our schedule. Taught by Rusty Burd and Dave Randolph this class will teach you the proper way to deadlifts, front and back squats, hang/power cleans and other barbell lifts.

You'll start with the deadlift and we'll give youa basic program to follow which will steadily increase your strength, not only in the legs but in your upper and lower back and arms as well. The deadlift and squat are two of the best barbell lifts you can do for all over strength.

After a few months of deadlifting we'll start you on squats and work towards cleans, presses and jerks.

This class is FREE to IronBody Fitness members, otherwise it is $10/class.
