Fat Burning Circuit - Addendum PDF Print E-mail

This circuit burned 454 kcals and it ddidnt leave me wiped out like the workout form the week before. In fact I had tons of energy.

DO a weight lifting/kb movement for 6 to 8 reps (about 20 -30 secs) and pair it with a moderate cardio only like jumping jacks or jump rope for 40 secs. Create 6 pairs like this with a 2 minute rest between pairs. Do each pair 6 times.

I wouldnt proigram in a "cardio" kb movement like high pulls unless you are in very good shape. I would also not program in any burpee variations or mountain climbers for cardio, unless you are ready to suffer greatly
