Many of you have probably seen or met Holly during one of the classes here at IronBody Fitness. She has been training with me for a couple of years and sometimes helps me with classes or Orientations. Her son Tyler and husband Pat also train with me. Tyler is in my Kids' Kung Fu Class and Pat does private sessions with me.

Here are a few samples
Lunch:
couple cups of spinach
serving of salmon (wild, I buy mine frozen)
cup of blueberries
Gorgonzola cheese
Balsamic Vinaigrette - (no oil)
Breakfast Parfait
2-4 TBSP ground flax
1-2 bananas
1 cup blueberries
4-5 strawberries
1 small apple
Sliced raw almonds
Mash banana and flax. Layer banana and flax in between the fruit and layer with almonds.
Lunch or Dinner
Turkey and Egg White Wrap
1/2 TBSP olive oil
1/2 lb ground turkey
1/2 tsp ground cumin
6 egg whites
Kosher salt
Cracked black pepper
1 medium tomato, diced
1/4 c chopped cilantro (or dried if you have it in your seasonings)
2 sprouted tortillas
Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet and then add turkey and cumin. Cook until a golden
brown, and then add egg whites. Cook through. Season with salt and pepper. Add tomato and
cilantro and cook for a minute more. Heat tortillas in a separate skillet and divide turkey/egg
mixture between the two tortillas. Roll into a burrito and serve.
