Kentucky has joined the ranks of Mississippi and Alabama on a top 10 list we don't want to be on: The Top 10 Fattest States in the U.S. According the article in the Courier Journal (link above) Kentuckians are #7 on the list. Get with it people, all it takes is some self-discipline and being smart about what you eat! All food companies are out for one thing your MONEY, they don't about your health. The add sugar, fat and salt to almost everything - these three items are extremely addictive to the brain, as bad as nicotine! Read the labels, take a Nutrition Course if you don't know how, get some exercise, High Intensity Interval Training with weights is the best way to lose fat and keep it off.
