For those of you who want to learn the basics but don't want to attend our regular classes, attend one of our Level 1 Workshops and get hands on training with Dave and benefit from his 6 years of teaching kettlebells Feel free to come by any of the scheduled classes to WATCH. We do not allow untrained people to participate in the CrossFit classes unless you can demonstrate proficiency with a kettlebell (proper technique in swings, cleans & snatches at a minimum).
