Are you looking for a FUN, EXCITING and most of all EFFECTIVE way to lose weight? Kettlebells are the answer!

 In this workshop you will learn:

  • The Swing - the critical movement you must do properly for a strong firm butt.
  • The Clean - Without it you can't do many over head lifts or squats - Learn the best way to do it!
  • The Snatch - the King of kettlebell exercises - This is the best kettlebell exercise for burning fat. It works the ENITRE body from your toes to your neck

Those three exercises alone will burn the fat right off your body while making you strong and improving your work capacity, but we cover even more!

  • Front squats - they are more than just for your legs, done properly these work the core, HARD
  • Pressing - Strengthen the shoulder complex while increasing it's mobility
  • Rows - Strengthen the upper back and abs to balance out your physique and also stabilize the shoulders

And finally one of the best full-body exercises for kettlebells, the Turkish Getup!
