This Orientation is required to before you start in our Boot Camp unless you can demonstrate proper form in all bIMG00860_20100523_1057.jpgasic kb lifts including swings, dead cleans, high pulls and various kb squatsas well as body weight exercises. 

Come out, bring a friend and see you we can help you lose fat, improve your flexibilty and help you feel better physically and mentally.

Here's what you'll get from our Boot Camp Orientation:
  • Joint Mobility Drills - improves basic movements throughout the body
  • How to Squat - one of the best overall exercises but requires good mobilty in the ankle, hips and mid back
  • How to do a Pushup - most people do them wrong, setting them up for shoulder problems
  • Lunges - improves balance and core strength as well as hip mobilty
  • Kettlebell swings - helps strengthen and mobilize the hips, hamstrips, hip flexors and butt
  • Kettlebell cleans -explosive power
  • Kettlebell squats - once you can do body weight squats it's time to add external weight
  • Kettlebell rows - core activation, anti-rotation and upper back strength to counter what most people do all day - sit at a computer
  • Stretches for better recovery and range of motion -yoga and standard stretching to help keep you moving after a tough workout

Prior to attending you will be sent our registration packet including a Lifestyle questionnaire and 3 day food journal. We'll set up a time to go over these documents in detail as part of our Free Orientation and Assessment. 

Please make sure you are cleared to exercise by your doctor.You will work hard, you will get sweaty, it isn't easy, so be prepared!

Dress to exercise, bring a towel. We provide free bottled water for all our classes.
