CrossFit Level I is a 4 week course meeting 3 times per week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 - 7 p.m.

  • Learn the best way to lose fat fast and keep it off!

  • Tone your body - you will firm up your entire body, without getting big bulky muscles
  • Increase your stamina - Do you get out of breath walking up a flight of stairs? Not after this course!

  • Lubricate your joints - regain lost movement by practicing joint mobility
  • Revitalize your muscles and your mind - exercise stimulates the muscles as well as your brain

Those are just a few of the benefits you will get from attending Level I course.

Here's what you will do each class:

  • Warm-ups
  • Learn new skills - kettlebell lifts, body-weight exercises, etc.
  • Practice

Throughout the course we will also discuss healthy eating habits to guide you down the road to improved health.

Each class builds on the previous session, so you need to clear your schedule and make these classes a priority if you want to see real results.

Over the span of 4 weeks you will begin to transform your body, you will see fat loss, you will feel better. Many people have reported lowered blood pressure and relief from sleep apnea from the training they do at IronBody Fitness. With dedication and determination you will achieve excellent results!

The Level II classes meet at different times than Level I so check the schedule !

Remember this is the pre-requisite course for joining the IronBody Fitness CrossFit Level II program!
