Sign up now for our Boot Camps. Monday through Friday 8:30a Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7am & 6pm Boot Camps - These are 1 hour workouts focusing on using body-weight and some basic kettlebell exercises to get you going quickly. You must attend a 3 hour Orientation before attending your first Boot Camp class.
Boot Camp eXtreme! - These intense group fitness classes utilize kettlebells, clubbells, resistance bands, body-weight exercises & more.This class is by invitation only!
Drop-ins to the Boot Camp are welcome ($20/class), however we reserve the right to not allow those we feel are not ready or not capable of using a kettlebell safely to participate.
