Boot Camps -These are 1 hour workouts focusing on using body-weight and some basickettlebell exercises to get you going quickly. You must attend a 2 hour Orientation before attending your first Boot Camp class.

 

Boot Camp eXtreme! - These intense group fitness classes utilize kettlebells, clubbells, resistance bands, body-weightexercises & more.This class is by invitation only!

 

Tuesday/Thursday 6:30pm

Sat 10:30a

plus any of the Beginner classes

 

Drop-ins to the Boot Camp are welcome ($20/class), however we reserve the right to not allow those wefeel are not ready or not capable of using a kettlebell safely to participate.

Interested in Semi-Private training? We are now offering small group training of 3 to 4 people per session. If you and some friends are interested in stepping up your training semi-private is the way to go.
