Here's the Orientation Schedule for the rest of the year

February 7th Noon-3pm

February 21st - Noon - 3pm

Boot Camps - These are 1 hour workouts focusing on using body-weight and some basic kettlebell exercises to get you going quickly. You must attend a 2 hour Orientation before attending your first Boot Camp class.

Boot Camp eXtreme! - These intense group fitness classes utilize kettlebells, clubbells, resistance bands, body-weight exercises & more.This class is by invitation only!

Sun 10:30a

M-F 10:00a

MWF - 6pm

T/Th 6:30pm

Sat 11:30a

 

Drop-ins to the Boot Camp are welcome ($20/class), however we reserve the right to not allow those we feel are not ready or not capable of using a kettlebell safely to participate.
