Once again another Art of Strength workout, Firepower . Firepower kicks butt. Anthony Diluglio did a great job putting this one together. It can be done in 25 minutes if you go fast & don't rest between rounds, or you can go heavy and take longer breaks. Either way it's a killer workout.
