This was on the fly strength 90 lb sandbag shouldered 10 step ups L & R 19" box 30lb vest pullups 5 45lb clubbell shoulder & squat 10 (alternating sides each time) 45lb swings 10 R & L 70lb sandbag overhead press 10 Clubbell chops (like an axe or sledge but not hitting anything) - 10 reps with 20, 10 reps with 25, 10 reps with 45 repeat 3 times
