Here's what we did on Saturday 4-19. 21-15-9 of: Thrusters 2kbs pushups Thrusters - take 2 kbs and rack them, squat deep explode up & drive kbs over head, bring the bells down as you drop back into the squat This is to be done as fast as possible Rest for a few (no more than 5 mins) Snatches 5 mins total trying for 2:30 each hand with 1 switch rest 2 kb 1 leg deadlift 5x5+5 rest getup situp 5x5+5 fairly tough
