Here's a killer workout I got from some of the other Team Leaders over at DragonDoor
snatches 50 L/R cleans 50 L/R Front Squat - bell racked L 50 / bell racked R 50 swings 50 L+R Push Press 50 L + R Jerks 50 L +R The evening class did this last night. They used light kbs and it was tough! The goal is to do 50 each side with just one switch. Typically you might do 20/20,15/15,10/10,5/5. Try to minimize rest between exercises.
