"Low" day

Started working on Sonnon's Forward Pressure Material. Similar to Flowfit but more basic. Still going to be a good practice and requires some good upper body strength

Flying crow and elbow levers in there too.

Did Beginners Level for about 20 minutes then worked on some Body Flow lower body work: shinbox to triangle to squat & back for about 5 minutes

Then did some of Cotter FuHu gong : water skimmer (aka leg swoop) only on fists instead of palms. Its a little easier because you arent as close to the ground. Note to self: wear socks or UGS!!! ouchie  Shocked


Then did some jumps from seiza to squat followed by a back roll for about 20 reps.

Nice easy work in terms of exertion, in terms of technique it was tough.
