It's Derby Time so today we did HorsePower! 10 renegade rows (that's total and alternating arms each rep) Kepp those hips parallel to the floor! 5 Double dead cleans 5 1 arm jerks /arm 3 to 5 snatches /arm 10 double swings 5 double front squats Do it 3 times. Remember this is supposed to be a HEAVY strength workout. Go after some new PRs. For example I did 4 jerks on each arm with 40k during the last cycle, lost it on the last rep. Here's a video from when we did it several months ago.
