Kettlebell Flow Workout PDF Print E-mail

Here's a tough workout I adapted from a barbell complex I saw recently.

You are to complete 6 reps of all 8 lifts with setting the bells down. The class did it for AMRAP in 20mins. It was pretty tough.

It requires 2 kettlebells (or a barbell).

Dead lift

hang clean

front squat

snatch (double snatch if you are using kb)

overhead squat

press

bent row

Romanian Deadlift (knees bent about 20 degrees)

After completing the RDLs you can rest. Try to get 8 to 10 rounds in 20 mins. And don't go heavy! 16k for guys is plenty, 8 to 10 k for women.

Enjoy!
