I did the workout, Prowling for Pukie (an apt name) today I used 24k on snatches, 32k on swings and 20k on presses, 160 on the prowler This is a tough workout!! Its a good thing I didn't go 1 minute 5X through the circuit Prowler - 15sec low post, 15sec high post snatch 15sec ea hand swing 15 sec ea hand box-jump 30sec press 15sec ea hand Its a good thing we didn't go 1 minute.... A few hours later I attempted to do a snatch set. The plan was 8 to 10 mins (4 - 5mins/arm) but after 2min in my left arm was trashed, followed with 2mins on right.
Took a nap but it didn't help 1 arm long cycle c&j - again was going to get 8-10 mins and wound up doing 2 mins L & R |
