Shane sent me this one a few weeks ago. I ran several classes through it & they managed to get 4 rounds. Me being stubborn (or stupid) just finished 5 rounds
15 2 h swings
10 burpees
5 snatch l/r
10 burpees
20 pull-over crunches
10 burpees
10 double front squat
10 burpees
5x
1st rd 24k,24k,24k,2x20k
2nd rd 24k,24k,24,2x16k
3rd rd 24k,24,,20k,2x16k
4th rd 24k,24k,20k,2x16k
5th rd 24k,24k,20k,2x16k
it took 7 minutes to do rd 4 and almost 8 to do rd 5
thats 200 FULL burpees (Squat, drop to bottom of pushup,,back to squat, & jump, hands over head) in 50 minutes or so.
