Here's a nice workout I came up with the other day.

snatches 5 r & l

clean & press 5 r&l

goblet squat 10

2 kb suitcase deadlift

repeat 5 mins keeping rest to a minimum both between lifts and rounds.

You may substitute 2 handed swings for snatches for a somewhat different training effect.

The idea is to start with a moderate weight on all exercises and each time through the circuit go up a size until you max out, which should be on round 5.

We finished this off by practicing 1 arm jerks for about 10 mins. For most they are still learning the lift wo it wasnt timed nor did we do reps. If you are proficient with jerks then do a 5 min set of about 60 -70% of your 1 RM on 1 arm jerks. So if you can jerk the 40k once or twice use the 28k.

 Have fun!
